Delaware County Office of Services for the Aging - COSA
COSA develops, coordinates and administers a comprehensive network of services for older people. COSA provides in-home care and support services to help older adults remain in their homes and offers a wide variety of programs to help older adults live healthy and fulfilling lives. COSA Information and Referral staff can connect you to both COSA services and other community resources.

SEPTA: Southeastern Pennsylvania Transit Authority
Adults aged 65 and above ride FREE on SEPTA buses, subways, and trolleys all day long. Fares on the Regional Rail trains are reduced for people aged 65+. For free or reduced fares, you must show one of the following: A PA Senior Transit Identification Card, a Medicare Card, or a Railroad Retirement Annuity Card. SPETA buses meet Americans with Disabilities Act requirements and have wheelchair lifts or ramps. Regional Rail trains can also accommodate wheelchairs and scooters.
